It was a triumphant outing for the drivers in the PETRONAS Syntium Team at round 3 of the Super Taikyu Endurance Series at the Suzuka International Circuit last weekend. Claiming their third win in a row with a total time of 3hrs 24:50.616mins was the trio of Nobuteru Taniguchi (JPN), Masataka Yanagida (JPN) and Imran Shaharom (MAS) in the team’s No. 1 BMW Z4M Coupe.

Meanwhile, after a tough battle with the ART Taste GT3 Porsche throughout the 87-lap race as well as a penalty, the team’s No.28 BMW Z4M Coupe driven by Fariqe Hairuman (MAS), Tatsuya Kataoka (JPN) and young Malaysian rookie Melvin Moh finished in second place. The result has given the PETRONAS Syntium Team its third consecutive 1-2 finish in the series this season.
