Gallery – Goodyear International Drift Round 1 Part 2

By now, you’d have already known that the FXOpen Round 2 is currently underway and the event is happening at MIMC Malacca. The best drifters from all over Malaysia will gather and compete for RM 10,000 top spot prize money. For the fans, come to MIMC on Saturday and show your support. In the meantime, let’s cranked up the drifting mood at racerevo, well here are some of my best shots from the Goodyear International Drift Round 1.

Probably my favorite car from Goodyear Drift Round 1. This is Holden Commodore with RB26 inside. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen this type of machine drift, and I think it’s cool! Just hoping that Fanga Dan will make it for Round 2 as well.

This is Fanga Dan sweating in his helmet! This is a shot of him closing his eyes and concentrating while waiting for his run.

Fanga Dan – A close up version this time.

I can probably count cool looking S13 I’ve encountered in my whole life. This car is definitely one of them. It’s Djan’s new machine. The fans are checking it out. Pretty hard to get a clean shot of it since the garage is so busy with people all over the place.

Team Boostzone drifter, Ng Choon Lai basking in the scorching heat with race suit. Pretty uncomfortable situation for him. His looks definitely agrees with me.

Hashiguti Anderson, certainly one of the best drifters in the competition. I will have my eyes on him.

Another drifter who is certainly earning his keep and getting respect is Loyai. This man has been there and done that.

One of the casualties of the fast entry speed section.

Rhenardi Arinton was the Tandem Assassin (A nickname for Djan) assassin.

It was just incredibly hot all day, the heat of the 12pm sun, as seen in this photo is very visible.

Last but not least, this is Wonderbro from Feinto-D, one of the hardest working guys in the scene! He does all the MC for all drift events in Malaysia. He really does a lot to support the grassroots drifting scene too.
